Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all tags still attached. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to Hippie Guy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
